1. Hands-on Microsoft Windows 2000 & 2003 technologies, as well as in a VMWare and Citrix infrastructure.
2. Responsible for the engineering and Level 3 support as well as implementation of the Windows based infrastructure.
3. Perform server capacity assessments, performance analysis, capacity planning, as well as support disaster recovery initiatives.
